Palate New Orleans was thrilled to be a part of the Las Vegas themed debutante party of Caroline Drennan and Sage Laborde. Bang Bang Lobster and Rack of Lamb was served to the VIP guests pre-party. We started off the beginning of the night with passed Rough Cut Tuna Nachos and Chilean Seabass. However, our favorite part of the night may have been our Seafood & Steak Savory Martini Bar. Taking a note from the City of Lights, our “bartenders” put on a show while shaking up a delicious mix of ingredients, poured in a martini glass which was rimmed with spice and herbs and garnished with a pickled okra or pepper. Among the other items served were Pork Tenderloin au Provence with Mushroom Risotto and New Orleans Steak Frite with Truffle Brabant Potatoes. The curtain call of the night was our Sirloin Burger and Grilled Pimento Cheese.
