Since 2004, Palate has earned its keep on the culinary scene as a premier Catering & Events Co— combining refined tastes and techniques from around the world with classic LA flavor.

With over 25 years of formal cuisine training and a lifetime of entertaining experience, Glenn has crafted a business model favorable for any palate- built on authenticity, community, and originality.

His passion for gourmet food, flavor fusions, and special events have fueled his success amongst NOLA locals and the community at large.

 

Notably, Glenn propelled his career among industry leaders Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, Alfred Portale, Ken Hom, and Madhury Jaffrey, while working at top New York establishments such as the infamous Polo Lounge and TASTE, where he catered in-house for major brands like Vogue, CondeNast, and Gourmet.

AMELIA ROSSO

A Louisiana native and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America— in Hyde Park, New York— Amelia has been with Palate New Orleans since the summer of 2018 and currently oversees sales and operations for the company. Prior to moving to New Orleans in 2016, Amelia lived in Paris, working to further develop her culinary passion while mastering new techniques and methods. From the time she started walking, Amelia has been a true lover of food. She spent time working in her father’s restaurants, often reading customers the menus aloud before they were seated!
